All project requirements, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before commencement. Any changes must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the Refund Policy of Ant Infra Projects.
All designs, drawings, and documents produced by Ant Infra Projects remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is made.
Ant Infra Projects is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
